These terms govern your use of the VayuGo website and the travel planning and booking services we provide.
Bookings & quotes
All quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing and are subject to availability and currency fluctuations at the time of booking.
A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit is received and we issue a written confirmation.
Payments
Payment schedules, deposits and balance due dates are specified in your individual booking confirmation. EMI options may be available on select packages.
Travel documents & responsibilities
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any required visas, vaccinations and insurance. We assist with visa documentation but cannot guarantee any government's decision.
Liability
VayuGo acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. While we vet our partners carefully, we are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers beyond our reasonable control.
