Cancellation by you

Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel and the policies of the underlying suppliers (airlines, hotels and operators).

Your specific cancellation terms are shared in writing at the time of booking confirmation.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days of confirmation, less any non-refundable supplier charges.

Changes to your trip

Where possible, we'll always try to amend rather than cancel — moving dates or swapping components to save you money. Amendment fees may apply.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance with cancellation cover. We can arrange a suitable policy as part of your booking.
